Sun...where are you?

 Today I made this card ohh what a change to use nice bright 

summer colours
 I have entered this in this weeks just magnolia challenge
GOING DOTTY!
Well theres dotty paper inside the card so I guess this counts?

I used K&CO Wild saffron papers love these papers,inside I added a 

packet of sunflower seeds,ready for the summer please hurry up!

I'm not a huge fan of peel offs although I have thousands..
I dont use alot of gold either I feel sometimes if not used well can
sometimes appear tacky!
So lets hope you dont think she's a tacky tilda.....

I was also slightly comfused I thought monochrome was sepia or black tones??
I opted for black tones /silver sparkles too because us girls love the bling...

Week 25 - Special Monthly Challenge - Flowers

Poor good Tilda gone bad she started of so sweet an angelic and ended up

very devilish ..... but still very cute.

It's been a while since I've joined in with the challenge's but loved it thanks

girls for letting me take part.

I loved the flower tutorial on Rachels blog, thanks Rach

My sizzix dies are looking sadly neglected these days so'

I decided to have a play about with them.

I'm going to experiment over the weekend with some

others so watch this space.....

I made a pull pocket for a really sweet letter Lily has

written to her which I'm sure she'll cherish for years to come.

I also decorated a brown paper lunch bag for the chocolates.

The chocolate box was my inspiration for the colours I used.

Well here it is the first of many challenges I hope!


I have slightly moved the sketch around but still the same as the sketch.


I had loads of fun doing this one,thanks to the girls at


( just magnolia) for letting me join in.










Here's a look at the stamped images,which I them heat


embossed with chocolate brown,coloured with copic's


Colouring the image was a bit like the velvet art pictures,you


have the raised edges so you don't go out the lines.

Layered up beautiful butterfly wings,

the top layer is vellum and the bottom white cardstock.
